What will I receive after I order?
A premium, made-to-order printed garment (tee, hoodie, or the style you selected) shipped to your door — not a digital file. Each item is printed fresh in the USA just for you after you order.
Are your products official merchandise?
No. GOALOOK designs are 100% original artwork inspired by football fan culture and national colors. We arenot affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored byany tournament, governing body, federation, team, or league.
What sizes do you offer?
Most tees run from XS to 5XL(select styles up to 5XL). Check ourSize Guidefor exact measurements before ordering — the right size now saves a return later.
What are your shirts made of?
We print on premium, garment-dyed comfort blanks — soft, durable cotton (or cotton blends, depending on color) with a lived-in feel that holds up wash after wash. Exact fabric is listed on each product page.
How long until I receive my order?
Each item is made to order: allow2–5 business daysfor production, then shipping on top — typically3–7 business daysin the US and7–15for the EU/UK. Full details on ourShipping Policy.
Will it arrive before the matches start?
Order early! With production plus shipping, we recommend ordering well ahead of any match day you're shopping for. During peak demand, add a couple of extra days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the US, Canada, Mexico, the EU/UK, and most of the world. International duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check anytime on ourTrack Your Orderpage.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Emailbusiness@goalook.comwithin 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship the faulty item back in most cases.
Do you offer refunds?
You have 30 daysto request a return. Because items are custom-printed, we replace or refund anything defective, damaged, or wrong — but can't accept "changed my mind" or wrong-size returns. Full details:Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I request a custom name, number, or design?
Yes — many designs support custom names and numbers, and we take team/group orders. Emailbusiness@goalook.comwith what you need, or suggest a country/design you'd love to see. Some of our best shirts started as customer ideas!
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is secured by Shopify's encrypted payment system.
